Do you take insurance?
This is one of the most common questions we get. We made the tough call to stay out of network with all insurances. This allows us to provide the most holistic, individualized experience for our patients. For all visits, payment is required at booking, or at time of service.
Commercial health insurance: (NON Tricare, Medicare or Medicaid): You may request a superbill be provided for you at your visit with Alex. You may then submit the superbill to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Tricare Select: Full payment is required at time of booking or service. You may request a superbill during your visit, and submit the superbill to Tricare Select for potential reimbursement. Alex does not have a signed agreement with Tricare and is considered an out-of-network provider. She will not submit claims on behalf of the patient. Tricare Prime: We are not in-network with Tricare Prime. At time of this website publication, Tricare East is no longer accepting new providers.
