Scoliosis and The Schroth Method

Scoliosis is a complex, 3D curvature of the spine and ribcage, meaning the spine rotates, side bends, and extends. It is often idiopathic, meaning there is no clear cause for why someone might develop it. Everyone's curve is unique, which is why it is important to work with skilled practitioner in managing their diagnosis. The Schroth Method is considered the gold standard of scoliosis specific exercise and conservative treatment.
